그래서 며칠 전부터 혹시나 떨어지지는 않을까 조마조마하며 하루에 2번씩이나 NCEES를 들락거렸었는데, 막상 평가가 끝나자마자 친절하게 메일로 알려줘서 살짝 허무했었다.
소문대로 Math/Science에 주는 점수가 짜다. 심지어 Engineering도 겨우 커트라인을 만족하는 정도이다.(3~4학년 때 놀러다니느라 바빠서 전공과목을 열심히 듣지 않은 탓일까…)
어쨋든 통과했으니 결과적으로 대만족! 이제 얼마 안 남았다. 화이팅!!

– 학교 측을 통해 학력인증 서류 전달
– NCEES에서 학력인증 서류 확인 후 평가 준비 알림
– 평가비($350) 납부 및 평가 시작 : 1/19
– 평가 완료 알림 : 1/30
Math/Science 및 Engineering에 포함되지 않은 과목 : 포함될 것으로 예상했으나 결국은 되지 않은 항목들입니다. 이런 과목들을 수강하셨으면 인정받지 못할 각오하셔야 합니다. 기본적으로 포함되지 않는 항목들은 미리 NCEES에서 제공하는 학력인증 가이드라인을 보고 파악하셔야 합니다.

Accepted my credential evaluation for PE(Professional Engineer)!
I had been too busy to take care of the evaluation since I sent my documents on December(https://wp.me/p8HjgJ-bC), while NCEES was knocking me to apply for my evaluation process after they received my documents. I applied on 19th Jan, and but there was no answer after 1 week, though other people normally take it that time to complete, which made me nervous.
After I go in and out incessantly on the NCEES site, I just found their notice to complete my evaluation via email directly, it’s lethargic.
Notoriously Math/Science session just hit the minimum requirement, and even engineering also(maybe I was not concentrating on my advanced engineering courses but extra-activities like experiences abroad)
Anyway great job to pass the evaluation! Keep going for PE!!
Major Schedule
– Sending the evaluation documents from the university to NCEES
– Receiving the documents and ready to evaluate my credentials on NCEES
– Placing a evaluation order with $350 and starting the evaluation process : 19th Jan
– Notice to complete the evalation : 30th Jan

프리마베라(프로젝트 관리 프로그램) 교육과정 수료!
PMP를 따고 나서(https://wp.me/p8HjgJ-ag) 프리마베라(Primavera)에 대한 관심이 급 증가했었다. 프리마베라가 기존에 알고 있던 공정 관리 뿐만 아니라 비용 통합 관리(EVM, Earned Value Management), 자원 관리, Risk 및 Log 관리 등에도 광범위하게 쓰일 수 있다는 사실을 알았기 때문이다. (프리마베라는 절대 공정 부서 사람만 알아야 하는 것이 아니라 프로젝트 관리를 하는 모든 사람들이 알아야 한다고 생각한다.)
그 자격증명을 따기 위해 여러모로 알아보았지만, 결국 아래 2가지 과정을 완료하는 것으로 정리하려고 한다.

  2. On-demand training on Construction & Science, an Oracle gold partner : certificate를 받기 위해 수강한 것도 있지만, 강의 자체도 정말 간단명료하게 해놓아서 짧은 시간 안에 프리마베라를 습득할 수 있었다

Completed Primavera(Project Management tool) training!
After PMP(https://wp.me/p8HjgJ-ag), I have been suddenly interested in Primavera, because it covers not only project planning but also cost-integrated analysis like EVM (Earned Value Management), Resource Management, Risk register & Issue management, etc.
To earn the credentials, i was trying several ways but finally end up in two things below :
